1. Scope of Service

This site provides dangerous goods rule search and a knowledge base. DG form generation is in development. Document uploads, generation, downloads and payment are not available.

2. Form Completion Is Not a Contract of Carriage (Important)

We do not currently accept DG form-completion orders. Rule search provides reference information and does not constitute a transport or declaration service.

• It does not constitute a contract of carriage, nor any undertaking to carry, book, or clear goods;
• This site does not act as carrier, NVOCC, freight forwarder or customs broker in any transport relationship with you;
• Whether a submitted declaration is accepted rests with the carrier, terminal and competent authority. This site gives no acceptance guarantee;
• Liability arising from inaccurate or concealed information — inspection, return, fines and related consequences — remains with the shipper.

3. Your Obligations

You warrant that the product name, UN number, class, packing group, quantity, packaging and MSDS supplied are true, accurate and complete, and you remain responsible for the actual hazards of the goods. Correct classification and declaration of dangerous goods is a statutory duty of the shipper and is not transferred by using this site.

4. Use of Query Results

UN classification, segregation and packing provisions shown are a preliminary assessment for reference only and must be re-confirmed by a qualified person before booking or declaration. See the Disclaimer.

5. Amendments

We may revise these terms. Revisions are published on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
